Communication is at the heart of it. We take great pride in ensuring a project is completed within expectation or beyond. Regular reviews ensure decision making is not confused and that all parties feel as though they have ownership.
Although most of the project management we commit to is in relation to projects where Cambridge Design and Construction is the primary contractor. We do offer this service as a standalone product, working with alternative contractors to achieve any objective.
